White Moves may re-deliver electronic files up to 30 days from the delivery date. After this period, we are not responsible for file recovery.

- Projects released for beta delivery cannot be cancelled
- Payment is required for all work completed up to the cancellation date
- No deliverables will be provided if payments remain outstanding
Refund Policy
White Moves provides intangible professional services and therefore follows a limited refund policy:
- Refunds are not applicable for completed work
- Projects are executed based on approved milestones
- If a project is mutually terminated, the client retains completed work and may receive a refund for unused services
- If the client cancels within 48 hours of project initiation, payments made may be refunded
- Services provided under promotional offers are non-refundable
- Time & Material and Dedicated Resource services are non-refundable
Limitation of Liability
White Moves shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website or services.
